Proposed Modifications to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States

The US Commission is proposing changes to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, in response to updates to the International Convention on the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, as recommended by the World Customs Organization. The proposed modifications aim to maintain conformity between the HTS and the International Harmonized System.
