U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews and Modifies ALJ Orders in Automotive Measuring Devices Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review and modify an Administrative Law Judge's order in a case involving automotive measuring devices, while declining to review another order that terminated an investigation into GSN Automotive, Inc. due to a settlement agreement.
