US Commission Schedules Final Phases of Investigations into Subsidized PET Resin Imports from India, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Thailand

The US International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phases of investigations into the impact of subsidized polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin imports from India, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Thailand on the US industry, as required by the Tariff Act of 1930.
