USPTO Extends Public Comment Period for Proposed Rules of Professional Conduct

The USPTO is extending the public comment period for proposed rules, allowing more time for public comments on proposed revisions to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, which were amended by the American Bar Association in 2002.
