US Patent and Trademark Office Proposes Revision of Patent Fees for Fiscal Year 2005
The US Patent and Trademark Office is proposing to adjust patent fees to reflect inflation, as well as a few fees tied to the adjusted amounts, in response to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) fluctuations and new legislation.
