USPTO Implements Changes to Support 21st Century Strategic Plan

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has introduced changes aimed at transforming the organization into a more efficient and responsive entity, supporting a market-driven intellectual property system, as part of its 21st Century Strategic Plan.
