Washington State Plan Approval Update: OSHA to Enforce on Tribal Lands

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has approved a change to Washington State's occupational safety and health state plan, expanding federal enforcement authority to federally recognized Indian Tribes and their members on tribal lands, while maintaining state jurisdiction over non-member employers.
