OSHA Approves Alaska State Plan Supplement, Excluding Certain Facilities from Federal Coverage

OSHA has approved a change to the Alaska occupational safety and health state plan, excluding coverage from federally owned and operated Native health care facilities and certain military installations in Alaska, while retaining jurisdiction over construction and contract maintenance at these facilities.
