OSHA Grants Interim Order to Alberici Mid-Atlantic, LLC, Commonwealth Dynamics, Inc., and R and P Industrial Chimney Co., Inc. for Variance and Interim Order

OSHA has approved an interim order for Alberici Mid-Atlantic, LLC, Commonwealth Dynamics, Inc., and R and P Industrial Chimney Co., Inc. following their application for a permanent variance from OSHA standards regulating boatswains' chairs and hoist platforms, similar to a recent permanent variance granted by the Agency.
