CPSC to Hold Public Meeting on Cigarette Lighter Safety Standard

The Consumer Product Safety Commission will hold a public meeting on September 14, 2004, to discuss a petition requesting the adoption of a safety standard for cigarette lighters as a mandatory consumer product safety standard.
