Battat Incorporated Provisional Acceptance of a Settlement Agreement and Order

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission has provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with Battat Incorporated, imposing a $125,000 civil penalty, and will publish it in the Federal Register in accordance with the terms of 16 CFR 1118.20(e).
