FDA Announces Collection of Medical Device Reporting Information for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information related to medical device reporting, which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
