FDA Corrects Notice on Medical Device User Fees for Fiscal Year 2003

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a notice that appeared in the Federal Register on November 21, 2002, to clarify the fee for small businesses submitting 510(k) premarket notifications for FDA review during fiscal year 2003.
