FDA Announces Approval of Blood Establishment Registration and Product Listing Form

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a collection of information related to blood establishment registration and product listing, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as codified in 44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.
