Advisory Committee; Renewals

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing the renewal of certain FDA advisory committees by the Commissioner of Food and Drugs (the Commissioner). The Commissioner has determined that it is in the public interest to renew the charters of the committees listed in the following table for an additional 2 years beyond charter expiration date. The new charters will be in effect until the dates of expiration listed in the following table. This notice is issued under the Federal Advisory Committee Act of October 6, 1972 (Public Law 92- 463 (5 U.S.C. app. 2)).

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
