FDA Announces Approval of Citizen Petition Collection Process Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced that it has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to collect information related to citizen petitions, petitions for reconsideration or stay of action, and advisory opinions, as part of its general administrative procedures.
