Alcide Corp. Seeks FDA Approval for Expanded Use of Antimicrobial Agent

Alcide Corp. has submitted a petition to the FDA, requesting changes to food additive regulations to allow for a wider range of uses for acidified sodium chlorite solutions as an antimicrobial agent in seafood products.
