FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Adoption of Food Code

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on its proposed collection of information from local, state, and tribal governments regarding their plans to adopt the FDA Food Code or its equivalent through regulation, law, or ordinance.
