FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Independent Consultants for Biotechnology Clinical Trials

The FDA has made available a draft document outlining the circumstances under which it will engage independent consultants to review clinical trial protocols for biotechnology products, as part of its efforts to ensure the efficacy of these trials.
