FDA Announces Submission of Medical Device User Fee Cover Sheet for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is requesting public comment on the proposed collection of information related to the Medical Device User Fee Cover Sheet, which has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
