FDA Hosts Public Workshop to Discuss SARS Diagnostic Test Evaluation Methods

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is hosting a public workshop on July 14, 2003, to discuss methods for evaluating new diagnostic tests for severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), with the goal of facilitating public-private partnerships and safe use of these tests.
