FDA Announces Prescription Drug User Fee Rates for Fiscal Year 2004

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the rates for prescription drug user fees for the fiscal year 2004, which will be effective from October 1, 2003, and remain in effect through September 30, 2004. The fee rates include $573,500 for applications requiring clinical data, $286,750 for applications not requiring clinical data, and $36,080 for product fees.
