FDA Submits Proposal for Medical Device Information Collection for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, related to the export of medical devices and the collection of information for foreign letters of approval.
