FDA Approves Use of Selenium Yeast in Animal Feeds for Beef and Dairy Cattle

The FDA is amending its regulations to allow the use of selenium yeast as a source of selenium in animal feeds for beef and dairy cattle, following a petition from Alltech Biotechnology Center.
