Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on an Office of Workers' Compensation Programs-sponsored information collection request, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and will submit it to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval.
