FDA Submits Experimental Study on Trans Fat Claims for OMB Review

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has submitted a proposed study to evaluate the effectiveness of trans fat claims on food labels, aiming to help consumers understand and apply these claims, in response to a request from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for emergency processing under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
