FDA Releases Draft Guidance for Industry and FDA Staff on Premarket Submissions and Labeling for Drugs of Abuse Screening Tests

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a draft guidance document to help the pharmaceutical industry prepare premarket notification submissions and label recommendations for drugs used to screen for substance abuse, and to provide guidance on labeling for these tests.
