FDA Releases Guidance for Dental Sonography and Jaw Tracking Devices

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released a guidance document outlining how dental sonography and jaw tracking devices can meet the requirements for class II devices, which are subject to special controls. This guidance is published alongside a final rule classifying certain devices into class II, as announced elsewhere in the Federal Register.
