Coast Guard Transition to Department of Homeland Security; Technical Amendments Reflecting Organizational Changes

The US Coast Guard has published a document in the Federal Register to correct four technical changes omitted from a previous update, reflecting organizational changes to the Navigation and Navigable Waters, Shipping, and Cargo containers sections of the Code of Federal Regulations, as part of its transition to the Department of Homeland Security.
