Tank Ship Security Zones to be Enforced in Puget Sound, WA Starting April 15, 2003

The Captain of the Port Puget Sound will start enforcing security zones for tank ships in the area, established by the U.S. government, on April 15, 2003, and will continue to do so until further instructions are given.
