US Department of State Certifies Costa Rica and Honduras for Sea Turtle Conservation, Withdraws Nigeria

The US Department of State certified Costa Rica and Honduras for their efforts to reduce sea turtle bycatch in their shrimp fisheries, while withdrawing certification for Nigeria due to concerns over its program's effectiveness, as mandated by Section 609 of Public Law 101-162.
