U.S. Department of State Seeks OMB Approval for Nonimmigrant Fiance(e) Visa Application Information Collection

The Department of State is requesting 60-day public comment for an extension of its currently approved information collection, Form DS-156K, which is used by aliens applying for a nonimmigrant visa to enter the U.S. as the fiance(e) of a U.S. citizen, with an estimated annual burden of 35,000 hours.
