US Waives Sanctions on Russian Entities TZNII and Volsk Mechanical Plant

The US government has lifted statutory and discretionary nonproliferation measures against TZNII Central Scientific Research Institute of Precision Machine Building (Tzniitochmash) and Volsk Mechanical Plant, pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 and Executive Order 12163, as amended.
