U.S. Government Seeks Proposals for Survey of International Educational Exchange Activity

The U.S. Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is soliciting proposals from eligible non-profit organizations to conduct a statistical survey of foreign students and scholars studying in the U.S. and U.S. students studying abroad during the 2004/2005 academic year.
