Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is seeking public comment on its Employment and Training Administration-sponsored COVID-19 Symptom Tracker, Emotional Wellness Form, and Student Vaccination Status and Test Consent Form collection, which must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
