Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Seeks Proposals for Partnership for Learning Undergraduate Program

The U.S. Department of State's Office of Academic Exchange Programs is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to administer the Partnership for Learning (P4L) Undergraduate Program for students from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, and Serbia, with a focus on FY 2005 funding.
