The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is soliciting proposals from U.S. public and non-profit organizations to administer the American Music Abroad Program, which aims to promote mutual understanding and cross-cultural awareness through concert tours, workshops, and master classes featuring American jazz and urban music performers.
