SBA Amends Employee Standards of Conduct Regulations

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has updated its employee conduct standards, removing references to the Supplemental Standards of Ethical Conduct and clarifying Office of Government Ethics (OGE) regulations, resulting in a more precise statement of existing authorities governing SBA employee behavior.
