FTC Amends Labeling Requirements for Alternative Fuels and Alternative Fueled Vehicles

The Federal Trade Commission is updating its rule on labeling requirements for alternative fuels and alternative fueled vehicles, removing vehicle-specific emissions information and replacing it with a reference to the Environmental Protection Agency's green vehicle guide website, which provides detailed information on vehicle emissions by model.
