EPA revises Louisiana air quality control regions and ozone seasons

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking direct final action to modify the geographical boundaries of three Air Quality Control Regions in Louisiana and shorten the ozone season for two of the regions, in response to a request from the Governor of Louisiana in 1995.
