US Patent Office Makes Patents and Patent Application for Cognitive Performance Prediction Available for Licensing

The US Patent Office has announced the availability for licensing of three patents and a patent application related to predicting human cognitive performance, including patents issued in 2001 and 2002, and a filing from 2001, with the US Government retaining rights to these inventions.
