Proposed Withdrawal and Opportunity for Public Meeting; Washington

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, proposes to withdraw 646.40 acres of National Forest System land in the Colville National Forest to protect the Halliday Fen Research Natural Area's unique characteristics and research values. The land will be closed for up to 2 years from mining activities.
