NOAA Appoints 19 Members to Performance Review Board

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has appointed 19 new members to serve on the NOAA Performance Review Board (PRB) for a 24-month term, with the responsibility of reviewing performance appraisals and making recommendations on SES retention and compensation matters.
