Sunshine Act Meeting to Discuss Proposed Rulemaking on Unsolicited Advertising

The Federal Communications Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Memorandum Opinion and Order concerning possible revisions to the rules on unsolicited advertising over the telephone and the possible establishment of a national do-not-call list, as mandated by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.
