EPA to Delete Republic Steel Quarry Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing a notice of intent to delete the Republic Steel Quarry Superfund Site in Elyria, Ohio from the National Priorities List (NPL), and is requesting public comments on this decision. The EPA has determined that all necessary response actions have been completed, but future actions under Superfund are still possible.
