EPA Approves Utah's Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Utah's vehicle inspection and maintenance program, which was submitted by the Governor of Utah on December 7, 2001, and demonstrates that the program can obtain 100% emissions reduction credits.
