EPA Proposes Approval of Utah's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Utah's Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) Program, which would allow the state to claim 100% emissions reduction credit for its improved program, satisfying a condition set by the EPA in 1997.
