EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Air Quality Plan to Address Ozone Shortfalls

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Delaware, which includes six control measures to address EPA-identified shortfalls in the state's one-hour ozone attainment demonstration.
