U.S. Parole Commission Amends Procedures for District of Columbia Offenders

The U.S. Parole Commission has updated its guidelines for parole proceedings, applying the paroling policy to previously exempted District of Columbia offenders, including those who served sentences from 1998 to 2000 and youth offenders under the D.C. Youth Rehabilitation Act.
