SEC Adopts Rule Amendments for Security Futures Products Transactions

The Securities and Exchange Commission is clarifying the disclosures required for broker-dealers effecting transactions in security futures products in futures accounts, exempting certain transactions from disclosure requirements under the Exchange Act.
